Shipping

Free Shipping on Orders over $50.00

lightingshack.com offers Free Shipping via UPS Ground on all orders totaling more than $50 to destinations within the continental United States. A $10.00 shipping fee is added to orders that total less than $50.

Shipping Charges for Orders Delivered Outside the Continental US

Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico Orders:

Additional shipping fees of $25 per item will be added for orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico. Certain areas may be unavailable for UPS shipment. We will contact you via e-mail before processing your order if additional shipping charges apply.

International Orders:

We do not currently ship to locations outside the continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.

airshack.com has two dedicated service centers to expedite shipping to destinations in the eastern United States from Miami, Florida and the western United States from Las Vegas, Nevada. Our multiple service centers ensures your order will arrive as soon as possible!

Defective Merchandise

Always inspect your merchandise immediately upon receiving it. If you have received damaged merchandise contact lightingshack.com. Most of the time fan motor problems can be solved by calling the manufacturer's technical support telephone number. If they cannot solve the problem lightingshack.com will replace the damaged or defective product. Before returning any merchandise please contact us for a Returned Goods Authorization number. Replacement or repair of defective product after thirty (30) days of receipt of shipment will be handled through the manufacturer under product warranty.

Returning Merchandise

If you are unsatisfied with the purchased merchandise and it has not been installed you can return it. Under these conditions please contact lightingshack.com for a Returned Goods Authorization number within thirty (30) days of receiving the product. The product returned with a lightingshack.com RGA will be accepted for credit less a 15% restocking fee and shipping fees unless it is a Hadco product whereby the manufacturer charges a 35% restocking fee plus shipping. The product must be returned in its original condition with all parts intact. A credit will not be issued if it is not the original product. Replacement or repair of defective product after thirty (30) days of receipt of shipment will be handled through the manufacturer under product warranty.
